Our system extracts factual data points — stock ticker symbols, signal types (buy/sell/hold), and publication dates — for the purpose of tracking and ranking prediction accuracy over time.
We do not reproduce, republish, or redistribute the content of any article or newsletter. FinIQ does not display article text, paragraphs, or substantial portions of any copyrighted work. The extracted data — ticker symbols, signals, and dates — are factual data points not protected by copyright.

This Privacy Policy describes how O2 Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use FinIQ at myfiniq.ai.
By using FinIQ, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
When you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your email address from Google. We store your email address and a profile record containing your chosen display handle and optional first and last name. We do not store your Google password.
When you submit an article URL, we store the URL, the extracted stock pick data (tickers, signals, publish date), and a reference to your user account. This data is used to calculate and display performance tracking. Submissions you make are associated with your account and may be visible to other users as part of community features.
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous page view data including country of origin, device type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. We may also use Google Analytics for similar purposes. You can opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We use cookies solely for authentication purposes (to keep you logged in). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies beyond the analytics services described above.
We use your data to provide the FinIQ service, display your submissions and track record, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your email address with advertisers.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@o2media.ai. Note that submissions you've made may remain in the platform's community record in anonymized form.
FinIQ uses the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google OAuth (sign-in), and Polygon/Massive (market data). We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
FinIQ is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of FinIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
